Shiva Malkoç graduated from the Faculty of Law, Urmia University in Iran. She
completed her master's degree in Political Science at Hacettepe University. She
received her equivalence in the field of Law at the Faculty of Law, Marmara
University. She worked and participated in various projects in the fields of
foreigners' law, migration and refugee law at the United Nations for about 4
years.
She is assuming supporting roles in various
fields of law such as Foreigners’ Law, Citizenship Law, Commercial and
Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law,
Consumer Law and Code of Obligations to develop herself professionally. Her purpose
is to gain experiences by following up various kinds of disputes across many
fields of law, and to shape her professional life on national and international
basis during her legal internship.
She is also writing articles for our Law
Bulletin in Turkish and English and finding an opportunity to develop himself professionally
in many different fields of law.
