Merve Hilal Mentes
graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University. Having gained
comprehensive experiences and know-how across Labor Law, Commercial Law, Family
Law, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Code of Obligations, she is
responsible for following up different kinds of legal actions, especially the
actions filed for employer-employee disputes, disputes arising from commercial
relations, contested divorce, matrimonial property and disputes arising from rental
contracts, and providing legal counseling services to our clients.
Playing an active
role in legal actions regarding trademarks, patents and design law, Ms. Mentes develops
herself professionally across various fields of law.
