Melda İz graduated
from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University and completed her legal internship
at our firm.
Her
professional practice primarily focuses on Competition Law, Commercial and
Corporate Law and Contract Law. In this context, she takes an active role in
commercial law–related disputes and litigation proceedings, and is involved in
the preparation, review, and negotiation of legal documentation in Turkish and
English to meet the needs of both domestic and international clients.
In
addition, she actively contributes to projects and advisory work conducted in
the fields of Personal Data Protection, Capital Markets Law and Competition
Law, and provides support in regulatory compliance processes relating to
companies’ commercial activities. Furthermore, through articles prepared for
the firm’s law bulletin and ongoing legal research, she continues to enhance her
knowledge and experience across various areas of law.
