Having graduated from the Faculty of Law,
Istanbul University, Att. Gülşah Işık primarily practices in the fields of
Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate and Property Law, Inheritance Law,
Family Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and Bankruptcy and Debt Enforcement
Law.
In the field of Commercial and Corporate Law,
she particularly focuses on resolving disputes among shareholders of commercial
companies, handling cases related to the liability of corporate management
bodies, preparing and pursuing criminal complaints, representing shareholders
at general meetings, ensuring participation in general assemblies, and
litigating annulment actions against shareholders’ general assembly resolutions.
She also handles compensation claims, actions concerning the right to
information and inspection, and lawsuits related to the appointment of special
auditors for companies.
She also represents our clients in the
collection of commercial receivables and the resolution of disputes arising
from commercial contracts, particularly in matters of breach of contract,
wrongful termination, non-performance, claims for compensation, and liability. Accordingly,
she handles litigation and debt enforcement processes concerning legal remedies
such as claims for receivables, consequential damages, lost profits and related
compensation. Within the scope of commercial disputes, her practice further
includes claims and litigation arising from unfair competition, tortious acts,
defective performance, allegations of conduct contrary to commercial customs,
and disputes involving negotiable instruments such as checks, promissory notes,
bills of exchange, and other valuable papers.
In the field of Real Estate and Property Law, Ms.
Işık provides litigation and advisory services primarily in cases concerning
the annulment and registration of title deeds, adjustment of land shares, and actio
negatoria, as well as disputes arising from real estate ownership, property
rights, and possession.
In the field of Inheritance Law, she provides
legal support in cases concerning the annulment of wills, action for reduction,
enforcement of testamentary dispositions, and inheritance disputes. In the area
of Family Law, she assists clients in matters such as divorce, division of
marital property, modification of custody, and claims for increased alimony.
In the field of Administrative Law, she works on monitoring the pre-litigation notification period for zoning plans, filing annulment actions against zoning plans, and handling the litigation processes arising from such cases.
