Gulsah Isik graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University.
She is in charge of follow-up of actions filed mainly for forgery of official documents and dishonored cheques under the Criminal Law, and actions filed for divorce and division of matrimonial property under the Family Law, and actions filed for defective services, damages, and vessel and freight claims under the Consumer Law. She also provides extensive legal counseling services for our clients.
Completing her legal internship at our Office and developing herself professionally across many different fields of law, Ms. Isik is assuming active role in follow-up of actions for trademark, patent, and design infringement, as well as actions filed under the Debt Enforcement Law.
