Buse Gürlek graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul Kultur University. During her faculty years, she double majored in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
Serving as the senior associate at the debt enforcement department, she provides legal counseling services at and before any and all kinds of institutions and persons, situated in Turkey, in follow-up of receivables, especially trade accounts receivables.
She is responsible for collection of receivables especially through attachment and liens, and attachments with replevin, follow up of mortgage through liquidation, sales, auctions, termination of tender and draw-up of agreements/contracts.
Leveraging on her vast experiences in bankruptcy and arrangement of bankruptcy, she also provides legal counseling services for performance of any and all procedures, as necessary to protect the rights and interests under the debt enforcement proceedings filed against our clients, and negotiation and draw-up of the payment protocols.
She is also experienced in representing creditors and debtors in cases related to debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, such as annulment of objection, removal of objection, negative assessment, representation of creditors or debtors in restitution cases, objection to signature and objection to debt, and actions of replevin.
