Deniz DEMIR
graduated from the Faculty of Law, MEF University in 2021, and continues her
undergraduate education in Occupational Health and Safety at Istanbul
University.
Currently
attending the Private Law Thesis Master's Program at the Institute of Social
Sciences, MEF University, Ms. Demir has completed her courses as a high honor
student. She is continuing her master's
thesis titled “Implementation of Precautionary Measures under Art. #393 of the CCP”.
Ms. Demir, who
is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association Arbitration Center, has
successfully completed the trainings on “Advocacy in Arbitration and Types of
Arbitration” organized by the Istanbul Bar Association and “Party
Representation in Arbitration” organized by the Istanbul Arbitration Center.
Her article
titled “Partial Lawsuit and Indefinite Claim and Current Problems in the Light
of the Court of Cessation Decisions” was published in the 2024/3 issue of the
Istanbul Bar Association Journal and she continues to publish in various media.
Maintaining her
professional studies mainly in the fields of the Law of Civil Procedure and
Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at the debt enforcement department of our
office, she provides legal support to clients by performing all kinds of major
and minor enforcement proceedings.
