- Following up all
debt enforcement files thoroughly
- Performing and
following up all processes and procedures under the sales and mortgage files
- Performing and
following up all seizure processes
- Following up all
orders and collections
- Performing and
following up all sales processes for movable and immovable properties
- Filing of
requests for appraisal
- Issuance of sales
orders
- Following up all
justified decisions ordered by the courts
- Filing of
requests for calculation of closing accounts
- Maintaining
contact and correspondence with clients and debtors
