Şeymanur Elmas graduated
with honors degree from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University.
Offering legal
counseling services on a wide spectrum of practice areas, Ms. Elmas maintains
her professional efforts mainly in Labor Law, Intellectual and Industrial
Property Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Insurance and Arbitration Law, Rental
Law, Family Law, and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
She provides
support to clients in the follow-up of trademark and design registration
processes, opposition to publication, counterstatements, and appeals; annulment
of decisions related to trademark, design, and utility model rights; conducting
invalidation and infringement lawsuits; handling of cases arising from
commercial transactions and Company Law; follow-up of labor-employer and
consumer disputes; conducting annulment of disposition cases, divorce cases,
and cases related to the liquidation of matrimonial property; and handling of
lawsuits regarding the annulment and removal of objections within the scope of Debt
Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
Through the
preparation of articles for our legal bulletin, she has the opportunity to
conduct in-depth research in diverse areas such as Intellectual and Industrial
Property Law, Family Law, Penal Code, Corporate Law, and Labor Law, supporting
ongoing professional development.
