CAREER
Özgün qualified as a solicitor from the Ankara University. Later he qualified his master degree from the Istanbul University Management Faculty. He got his doctor's degree in Public Law from Marmara University. Then he got his assistant professor doctor's degree in Criminal Law from Ist. Aydin University. He is responsible for generating new business, litigating and negotiating legal transactions including but not limited to large transactions including securities, commercial, financial such as M&A, intellectual property and disputes resolution both domestically and internationally. He is also giving lectures of Procurement Law and Communication Law to college students of Ist. Aydin University. He is the founder of Özgün Law Firm. He has specialized in Tax Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Arbitration Law, Civil Law, Media Law, Transportation Law and Public Law.
